1. Do you ship worldwide?
We are able to ship to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
 
2. How long are the shipping times?
Shipping takes 6 - 12 days. As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.
   
3. My order has not arrived yet.
You can track your orders on the Order-tracking page on this site. You can also send us an email so we can provide you further information about your order, or any other questions.
 
4. How secure is my payment?
We use all standard payment gateways available today. You are protected against fraud and your information cannot be stored on our servers.
 
5. How do I change or cancel my order?
We encourage you to check the details before ordering. Send us an email within the first 24 hours after placing your order and we can make a change.
 
6. Why has my order arrived but in two different packages/days?
Our products may ship from different locations to maximize reach, but you will receive the packages as per the planned timings. 
 
7. My order arrived but it is damaged
In that case, we will send you another one totally free or provide a refund.
